Refund policy

At Ladystacks, we create and sell digital products designed to help you simplify, organize, and upgrade your workflow. Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, we do not offer refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

  • You purchased more than once by mistake (duplicate order)
  • You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our side (not device or software incompatibility)
  • The file is corrupted or incomplete, and we’re unable to fix or resend it

To request an exception, contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase at support@ladystacks.com with your order number and details.
